Shipping policy

At Pigment & Papier, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping to enhance your shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Processing Time
All orders are processed by our careful fulfilment team within 24-48 business hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Stock Availability
In rare cases, a variant (such as a specific design or palette) may be temporarily out of stock at the time your order is placed. If this happens, your order will still be accepted and shipped as soon as the item is back in stock, which may result in a delay of a few additional days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected, and you may contact us at hello@pigmentetpapier.com at any time to check on its status or to request a change.

Shipping Method
We offer a standard shipping option to accommodate your needs. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Shipping Rates
Delivery is free on all orders over £38 in the UK, €39 in the EU and $50 in the US. Below that amount, standard delivery costs £3.90 in the UK and €3.90 for other countries.

Delivery Time
Delivery takes 5-13 business days, depending on the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
